It depends entirely on scope, so I will not pretend otherwise. What I will do on the call is tell you honestly whether an existing tool solves it for a fraction of the price — I would rather lose the project than build something you did not need.
Typically TypeScript with a modern framework, a Postgres database, and Stripe for billing. I pick boring, well-supported tools so the next developer can pick it up without a translator.
You own the repository, the accounts and the documentation from day one. Nothing is locked behind me.
